Meet the Governors
Newton Primary School Board of Governors is a very effective and hard working group that does an important job who collectively oversee strategic development, finance, and ensuring pupil well-being, with specific responsibilities for areas like SEND, safeguarding, and school improvement.
Governors are responsible for ensuring that the school achieves its potential and provides good value for money. This means developing happy and healthy children who work hard, look out for others and are successful, no more, no less.
We understand that there are times that you may wish to approach a member of the governing body and ask for assistance, or simply ask a question.
